Coast is Hiring a Performance Marketing Manager Near New York, NY

Coast is re-imagining the trillion-dollar U.S. B2B card payments infrastructure, with a focus on the country's 500,000 commercial fleets, 40 million commercial vehicles, and many million commercial drivers. The incumbent technologies that cater to these customers are decades old, and drivers and fleets increasingly demand modern digital experiences and affordable and transparent financial services products. Coast's mission is to deliver them at a transformational scale, beginning with the Coast Fleet and Fuel Card built on a cutting-edge spend management platform.
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be instrumental in steering growth through our digital advertising channels. Your primary focus will be testing and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive self-service and inbound sales pipeline. You'll frequently partner with our demand gen team to develop and maximize campaign assets and landing pages. Additionally, you'll build on your expertise in optimizing ad spend for revenue and profitability and learn new channels as we expand our focus.
We're looking for a business-savvy and scrappy professional eager to expand their knowledge of channels from two or three core channels to manage increasing paid, earned, and owned channels with an eye towards efficiency and business results (revenue).
What you'll do :
  • Own end-to-end execution of in-market paid media campaigns including paid search, paid social, trade media, and other paid media
  • Own budgets, targeting, reporting, analysis and optimization of all campaigns in portfolio
  • Develop appropriate testing and optimization processes for every channel in your portfolio
  • Spearhead website and landing page optimization program
  • Work closely with the demand gen and content teams to educate them on efficacy of existing/planned campaigns
  • Own GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other MarTech
  • Own dashboarding and reporting of paid media initiatives
  • Share-out detailed reporting and narrative as it relates to performance of channels and campaigns
  • Bonus: Own keyword strategy and technical SEO
Who we're looking for :
  • 4 years of performance marketing experience
  • Proven track record of hands-on experience managing substantial budgets
  • Expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads, experience with Meta and Linkedin ads.
  • Experience with media buying outside of self-service channels
  • Experience optimizing campaigns for revenue for a B2B account
  • Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency with excel and sql
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, enabling effective communication of strategies, insights, and results to stakeholders
Compensation:
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits, signing bonus, and equity. Pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including scope and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Coast employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Coast to fall healthily within the range based on these factors.
  • Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000 annually
  • Signing bonus
  • Equity grant: commensurate with level determined at the discretion of the company, with meaningful potential upside given the company's early stage
