Description

The lab assistant is responsible for the set-up and take-down of materials for biology and/or general chemistry courses and other duties as assigned by the Natural Science Laboratory Department Head. Work with lab course instructors and with other lab assistant personnel. Prepare lab materials and restock as necessary throughout the week. Maintain the biology and/or chemistry lab spaces. A general knowledge of biology and chemistry laboratory procedures is preferred.
Start Date: July 8, 2024.
Salary: $15.00 per hour/15 hours per week. Flexible schedule possible.
Closing Date: June 30, 2024, or open until filled.
Minimum Qualifications

Successful completion of at least 8 semester hours of college-level biology or chemistry courses with a grade of B or higher; B.S. in Biology or Chemistry, preferred.
