Coastal Child Care has multiple openings we are searching to fill with the most qualified childcare providers! We currently have full time, part time schedules in Virginia and North Carolina.
Part Time and Full Time Nannies:
This team is staffed with childcare providers who are searching for a fixed schedule. These schedules vary per what each family is searching for. Most families are searching for long term placement, however, we do have some temporary and summer positions open! These team members are still able to pick up occasional care shifts also if they wish! These team members will need to have at least two years experience working with children.
Occasional Care Flexible Babysitters:
Coastal Child Care now offers flexible schedules where you can create your own schedule AND your own rate!! These jobs are paid directly by in CASH (Venmo, check, etc.) by the family the SAME DAY! You are able to accept or decline any job opening to create yourself a flexible schedule! Please note these team members are NOT hired by Coastal Child Care but are required to pass our interview & reference checks, pass background check, and be CPR certified. These team members will need to have at least two years of child care experience.

Location: currently searching to hire in most cities in the Hampton Roads VA, Currituck NC, and OBX NC areas
Weekly Hours: needed hours may vary between 3-12 hours in one day
Length of Employment: we are searching for team members to stay with us as long as possible!
Requirements:
-Must be energetic and willing to creatively interact with children, while putting their well being first (including crafts, learning activities, outside time etc.)
-Loving, patient, and kind personality, as we implement "gentle parenting"
-Must be CPR certified, or be willing to become certified
-Have your own reliable transportation and communication
-Be willing to undergo a background check AND random drug testing
