We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Trainer and Supervisor for our residential cleaning company. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of residential cleaning professionals, including hiring, training, and coaching.
- Learn the Coastal Clean processes and procedures expertly.
- Maintain a high level of clean!
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure consistent and high-quality cleaning services.
- Conduct on-site training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to cleaning staff.
- Set performance standards and regularly evaluate employee performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring an adequate supply at all times.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of properties under our care.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform all duties in strict accordance with Coastal Clean policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee morale.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and cleaning techniques.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee and manage special cleaning projects.
- There is a lot of cleaning involved. There will be days where you are the back up to an absent cleaning technician or leading a crew for a large job.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a residential cleaning or similar managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional training and coaching abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive and outgoing. Not discouraged by a "dirty" house!
- Enjoy cleaning and celebrating a job well done!
- High level of integrity - do the right thing!
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in computer applications and scheduling software.
- Valid driver's license with good driving record and reliable transportation.
- Honest and dependable.
- Be available 7:45 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
