We are looking for a Full Time Pharmacist to join our team! We are an independent specialty pharmacy. You will be responsible for dispensing drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners. Hours are 9 am to 6 pm. No weekends or major holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Compound and dispense prescribed medications
• Advise physicians and health practitioners on the interactions and side effects of medications
• Provide patients with pertinent drug information
• Supervise and maintain records of all medications
• Supervise technicians and clerks

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail pharmacy, compounding pharmacy and/or aseptic techniques
• Applicants must have either a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or their Pharm. D. and be licensed in Georgia with all held licenses in good standing.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with professionalism and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work effectively.
• Strong mathematical and computer skills
• Capable and willing to wear all protective wear as required by USP and/or the State Board of Pharmacy, including but not limited to a mask, gloves, gown, hair net, beard cover and safety goggles
• Passionate desire to learn/execute compounding, alternative therapies.
• Knowledge and willingness to tackle USP 800, 797 and 795 compliance
