JOB TITLE: Community Based Family Services CoordinatorSUPERVISED BY: Community Based Family Services DirectorGeneral Statement Of DutiesResponsible for the direction and management of all Family Centered Treatment program and clinical operations. Engages in clinical supervision with Family Centered Treatment Clinician who are conducting home-based therapeutic intervention. As an administrator, works very closely with the Family Centered Treatment state team and Community Based Family Services Director to ensure fidelity to the model and optimal outcomes for families. In addition, serves as a liaison to other community-based providers in collaborative communication as an evidenced based model.
Salary Range: Compensation is based on qualifications and experience. Compensation is $65,000 per year.
