Coast HVAC Supply is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Sales calls
    • Building positive relationships with existing customer
    • Create persuasive arguments to sell products or services to customers
    • Look for ways to improve sales with existing customers
    • Prospect and contact potential customers to improve sales and market share
    • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
    • Educate customers on how products and services can benefit them
    • Schedule joint calls and trainings with vendor partners
    • Negotiate with customers and potential customers
  • Quote customers
  • Take customer orders and enter into operating system
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Accounts Receivable
    • Collect payments and inquire about past due invoices
  • Generate and submit call reports to management

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 25 years of age or older with Texas Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating, customer service, analytic & problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Degree is a plus, but not required
  • Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required
  • Must have experience in at least one of the below fields (both is a plus)
    • Air conditioning experience
    • Outside sales experience

Wage & Advancement:

  • Negotiable base salary plus commission
  • Potential future advancement opportunities
