What You'll Do : As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Up-sell products and services to customers when appropriate
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction
