Job Description:

As a Housekeeper/Janitor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our commercial facilities. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and common areas

- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures

- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly

- Replenishing supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels

- Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management

- Following all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe usage practices
