Responsibilities

We are currently adding a Collections Supervisor to the team. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the collection team, to include:

• Hiring, training, and developing your team
• Monitor, measure and manage employee performance
• Handle escalated service issues
• Assist team with negotiating and settling past due accounts
• Review and improve departmental processes & procedures

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have an accounting degree, strong Excel and computer skills, and prior experience in a similar role. #CWRHP
