CWE is a growing leader in the Home Improvement industry and are looking for talented,
underutilized, detail-oriented people to join our team.
As an Entry Level Project Manager, you play a direct role in our production department and
customer care department. You will partner with the Director of Production, CEO, and
production team staff to establish and maintain a positive experience for our customers.

Primary Purpose and Responsibilities:

• To ensure that all purchases are included in the financial, CRM, receiving reports, and

invoices, and trace them to the company accounting to ensure competitive pricing and
proper desired profitability.

• Accuracy – Entry Level PM’s are responsible for auditing company contracts with

customers. Auditors may review purchase orders, delivery documents, employee
paperwork and measurements to verify the amounts claimed for labor and materials.

• Improve Production Efficiency: COGS analysis to help team assess production efficiency

and cost management.

• Ensure that departmental goals are met and adhere to established policies and

procedures

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer service issues to maintain customer

satisfaction

• Oversee the ordering of materials to ensure quality and cost control
• Data-entry and utilization of MATP and LATP systems to provide proper ordering and

installation guidance

• Participate in corporate initiatives and process improvements as needed
• Update the operating system with job status and information for customers
• Establish control and monitor the progress of all processes involved in designated

operations

Salary : $65,000 - $500,000
