Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Senior Staff Accountant at Coastline Cooling, LLC. The Senior Staff Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation. They will also assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports. This role will help set department goals and implement strategies to overcome growth hurdles.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of proven performance on an Accounting or Finance Team.
• Magnetic Personality and practices Extreme Ownership.
• Strong desire to solve problems.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to quickly navigate computer programs.
• Proficient with Accounting Software such as Quickbooks.
