As a Property Inspector at Coastline Equity, you will harness your meticulous attention to detail, strong observation skills, and proactive mindset to conduct thorough property inspections. Your objective as a Property Inspector is to ensure our properties consistently meet the highest standards through meticulous inspections, ultimately fostering tenant contentment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reinforcing Coastline Equity's reputation as a customer-centric property management leader.
Key Responsibilities & Functions 
  • Conduct regular, detailed property inspections to identify maintenance and safety issues.
  • Document findings comprehensively, including photos and detailed notes.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize and schedule repairs promptly.
  • Communicate inspection results and recommendations clearly to property owners and tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during inspections.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, clients, and the public.

Qualifications, Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or detail-oriented roles is beneficial.
  • Relevant certifications in property inspection, construction, or related fields are preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools, equipment, and software.
  • Ability to collaborate with maintenance teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to varied property environments and changing conditions.
Work Environment 
The Property Inspector role at Coastline Equity requires fieldwork and travel to various property sites for inspections. This position involves both office-based tasks and on-site assessments of property conditions. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility in work hours are essential.
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
