Key Responsibilities & Functions
- Conduct regular, detailed property inspections to identify maintenance and safety issues.
- Document findings comprehensively, including photos and detailed notes.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize and schedule repairs promptly.
- Communicate inspection results and recommendations clearly to property owners and tenants.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during inspections.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, clients, and the public.

Work Environment
The Property Inspector role at Coastline Equity requires fieldwork and travel to various property sites for inspections. This position involves both office-based tasks and on-site assessments of property conditions. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility in work hours are essential.
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
