As a Contact Center Coordinator at Coastline, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of our institution and our members. What You Bring:
  • Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, candidates with at least two years of experience in a call center environment with demonstrated proficiency in related operational support systems. Credit Union experience is preferred.
  • Passion for Service: Support our credit union's mission, vision, and values with your dedication to delivering exceptional service to our members.
  • Autonomous Thinker: Exhibit the ability to work independently, coupled with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Your Impact as a Contact Center Coordinator:
  • Effective Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between Coastline and our outsourced contact center, fostering seamless communication and collaboration to swiftly address any issues or concerns.
  • Strong Member Service: Utilize your communication skills to handle all escalated calls from the outsourced call center, process card increase requests, form-based transactions, and high-risk transactions.
  • Procedural Development: Recommend, execute, and maintain process procedures and practices to ensure the department’s performance supports the Credit Union’s response and service objectives.
  • Service Analytics: Analyze reports to ensure the outsourced contact center meets service level expectations, providing regular updates to management.
