What You'll Be Working On
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and insightful Mid-Level UX Researcher to join our collaborative design team. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in championing qualitative research methods, providing rich insights into user behaviors and needs. This position is ideal for an individual passionate about delving into the human aspects of design, emphasizing qualitative methodologies while still appreciating the value of quantitative data.
ResponsibilitiesTake the lead in planning, conducting, and analyzing qualitative research studies, including in-depth interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiries.Advocate for the importance of qualitative insights in shaping user experiences and informing design decisions.Foster a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors through qualitative methods, contributing to the development of user personas, journey maps, and empathy-driven design.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate qualitative research findings seamlessly into the design and development process.Effectively communicate qualitative insights through engaging reports, presentations, and workshops.Collaborate with peers and team members to strike the right balance between qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, ensuring a holistic understanding of user experiences.Advocate for the complementary nature of qualitative insights to enhance the overall research strategy.Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, emphasizing the importance of qualitative research skills and methodologies.Foster a collaborative learning environment to elevate the qualitative research capabilities within the team.Stay informed about industry trends and emerging qualitative research methodologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our research practices.Demonstrate a willingness to adapt and learn new qualitative research tools and techniques.
