We have been retained by our client in the construction sector in Bozeman. They have exciting growth plans and are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support this growth. In this role you will be responsible for leading and developing a small team and overseeing cost estimation and project management for concrete construction projects across residential, commercial, and municipal sectors.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager include:

• Assume overall oversight and serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned projects
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a quality product that meets their desired specifications, local regulations, and requirements
• Proactively manage the project schedule, accommodating changes, while maintaining flexibility to roll with any modifications
• Conduct accurate project estimation adhering to the guidelines and standards
• Initiate and oversee procedures for effective construction document management
• Adhere to safety standards and identify safety hazards as they arise
• Prioritize quality assurance and quality control measures to achieve optimal efficiency, minimize rework and deliver high-quality results.

Skills and experience required:

• Knowledge of standard construction estimating practices with expertise in concrete estimating
• Construction Management degree preferred
• Proven experience in Project Management from project estimation through project closeout
• Up-to-date knowledge of building codes, best practices, technological advances, and overall performance standards
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as Procore, P6, and MS Project
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong detail orientation and problem-solving abilities

Location : The Senior Project Manager will be based from Bozeman, Montana.

Remuneration : Basic pay of $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 (depending on experience) plus a generous bonus program and a full extended benefits package.
