Cobaltix is Hiring a Remote Technical Services Engineer Remote (Pacific time hours)
Cobaltix is looking for an excellent, experienced Microsoft Cloud/Hybrid Administrator with the following skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills with both client end users and technical staff.
- Ticket and phone monitoring experience.
- Desk side level troubleshooting of Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS devices as well as common business apps.
- Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Troubleshooting AutoPilot, Intune, and SSO, MFA.
- Basic Azure/EntraID understanding and skills (we want you to grow into this!)
- Experience with Active Directory management in Windows Server and hybrid environments, GPOs.
- Basic PowerShell skills required
- Experience with VMWare interface.
- Experience with RMM tools

This position is remote to the Bay Area (San Francisco and Palo Alto), but will require initially spending 2-3 weeks in San Francisco (expenses paid), and short trips (2-3 days) to the Bay Area 3-6 times per year.
