Serves as the primary point of contact for the onboarding of technical products and complex set ups for new Cash Management services, from the close of sale through onboarding and training of new Cash Management Customers and Farm Credit Associations. Functions as the customer's advocate, escalating issues and pursuing solutions among bank resources. This includes frequent communication to internal stakeholders, advising them of progress, obstacles, or concerns and working to affect positive resolution to meet or exceed the customer's expectations. Responsible for training new team members and for tasks that improve team member's ongoing product knowledge development. Enhance product specific processes, resolve complex obstacles to implementation, and assist Implementation Specialists with the best implementation configuration for their customer's needs. Supports business goals and revenue generation through the successful delivery of cash management products and high customer satisfaction ratings. Contributes to our ability to win new business and serve as an Implementation SME for Product Management, Cash Management Sales, and Operations. This includes in depth involvement with Product Management/Operations with solutions of new products, system enhancements and process development.
Essential Functions:1. Drives onboarding process to meet and exceed aggressive service level goals by understanding the robust requirements and helping to define clear project direction/scope, along with contracts, and product documentation needs
2. Leads implementation activities on newly developed product set-ups identifying and resolving process questions, requirements, and deliverables.
3. Primary lead and/or partners with Implementation Specialists for onboarding activities for technical products and complex implementations, including ACA or large customer acquisitions, restructures, SAG/Bankruptcy, and rarely used products in a customer focused, efficient, and deliberate manner. Drives project to completion. May also have own assign portfolio. (able to work all levels of customer requests)
4. Devises solutions based on limited information and adapts existing approaches to resolve issues. Uses evaluation, experience, and interpretation to select right course of action, and makes implementation and project recommendations based on the findings.
5. Creates and maintains job aids for implementation specialists and contributes to sales association roles.
6. Maintains implementation pipeline reporting, including customer deal management (CDM) entries and updates, and other management reporting.
7. Prepares, processes and provides contract and document review to customer.
8. Serves as a resource to sales partners, providing support with sales and implementation processes through meetings, prospect calls and other methods of communication.
9. Provide customers with in-depth and focused training of cash management products and use of systems.
10. Provides training and knowledge sharing with implementation specialists and sales associates.
11. Conducts secondary reviews of peer work to reduce risk, and ensures proper authority granted and set-up accuracy.
12. Actively ensures compliance with all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies and procedures
13. Represent division on projects where implementation and sales associates would be impacted with the development of new and enhanced product solutions/systems. In depth involvement in new feature and product pilots, UAT, and including the development and delivery of training and process materials.
14. Assumes an active role in process improvement discussions, providing input and participating in onboarding and cash management product development and enhancement efforts.
15. Serves as Mission Critical Personnel for business continuity and reduced staffing scenarios.
16. Leads and/or participates in projects outside of customer onboarding activities.
17. Maintains flexibility to cover work volume and support staffing needs.

About CoBank:The typical base pay range for this role is between $83,407.10 - $105,238.90. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
