Job Description

Improve associate experience through enhanced service delivery. Manage and resolve issues affecting the application and technical environment. Oversee daily operations of the bank's EUC function. Provide direct supervison of a cross-functional team consisting of employees and contractors. A proactive leader with strong technical knowledge, technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Essential Functions

Improve associate experience through enhanced service delivery. Drives automation, quality, availability, productivity, and consistency. Manages and resolves issues affecting the application and technical environment. Manage a cross-functional team consisting of employees and contractors in a complex TDI infrastructure environment. Manage the day-to-day operations of the team. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Lead and participate in IT projects related to TDI infrastructure and support services. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Align current and future technology needs from Enterprise Architecture and in conjunction with Enterprise Architecture. Lead overall technical direction for team’s capacity planning.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in information systems, computer science, engineering or other relevant discipline, required

Work Experience

5 years of experience in IT service mangement, network infrastructure, systems administration, systems analysis or security. required 2 years of experience leading project work or providing functional leadership, required Prior Experience leading automation, analysis, planning, design and implementation of integrated, scalable and reliable solutions and outcomes. required Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture.Proficiency in IT service management tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills.Excellent technical/business acument.automation, analysis, planning, design and implementation of integrated, scalable and reliable solutions and outcomes.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

About CoBank

The typical base pay range for this role is between $105,223 - $146,312. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
