Job Description:

The Senior Corporate Recruiter conducts full life cycle recruiting in a variety of disciplines which may include credit, relationship management, operations, administration, finance and accounting, and information technology. The Senior Corporate Recruiter will draw on extensive experience and knowledge of talent acquisition best practices in order to build strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. The consultative approach the Senior Corporate Recruiter provides allows the attraction of top talent and results in hiring the best talent for our business.

Experience working with a financial institution specifically a bank is a plus! Also a background in technical recruiting and sourcing is helpful as this role will work across all business units at CoBank.

Essential Functions:

1. Partners with Hiring Managers to define a recruitment strategy to find the best talent and a diverse slate of candidates that will align with the job, the team and the company. Manage ongoing communication with Hiring Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Drives the full recruiting life cycle from candidate generation through sourcing, screening, assessments, interviewing, selection, onboarding,
3. Sources high quality candidates through the development and implementation of innovative recruiting programs and strategies that utilize best practices in social media and other relevant means of acquiring top talent including career fairs and networking events.
4. Conducts behavioral based interviews and utilizes competency based assessments to help managers identify the best talent for the organization.
5. Identify process improvement opportunities by gathering critical data from the applicant tracking system and surveys.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
Work Experience:

5 years of full cycle recruiting experience and/or industry/functional expertise. required

Physical Exertion Details:

Sedentary Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Travel Requirement Details:

Occasional Travel occurs infrequently (typically, once a month or less).

The typical base pay range for this role is between $83,407 - $105,239. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
