Job Description

Responsible for supervising the team of cash management (CM) implementation specialists, ensuring quality implementation of all cash management products and services to new and existing customers. Provides team members ongoing training and development. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders for CoBank and the Farm Credit System. Implements and reviews processes and internal controls to effectively manage costs and risks. Participates in product development and service enhancement initiatives.

Essential Functions

Ensures team members maintain product and industry knowledge necessary for cash management and digital solutions. Develops, delivers and guides ongoing cross-training on all products, services and systems for all CM Implementation Specialists and other stakeholders. Identifies support requirements for team such as training and technology, and makes recommendations to management for process improvement. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders of CoBank and the Farm Credit Banking System. Ensures customer implementations are managed efficiently and effectively on behalf of the customer, bank and other stakeholders. Communicates with and resolve problems for the bank’s largest and most complex corporate customers. Serves as escalation point for issues identified by internal and external customers. Ensures customer training is being conducted effectively and with appropriate detail for a complete and effective on-boarding experience. Conducts and completes monthly reviews of document sets and implementation calls for each team member to ensure process adherence and provide constructive feedback as needed. Ensures that deal flow is on target to complete the expected new customer implementations, addition of accounts, services, mergers and removal of accounts and services. Makes necessary adjustments as needed to meet expected deadlines. Completes a monthly quality review of a subset of new customer implementations, mergers, and addition and removal of accounts and services. Regularly communicates with leadership regarding issues and status, as needed. Updates management on irregularities, key deadlines, staff coverage and/or critical developments. Provides guidance to ensure that all compliance activities are consistent with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as CoBank policies and procedures. Serves as “Mission Critical Personnel” for business continuity and reduced staffing scenarios. Supports and manage special projects in consultation with sales management. Supervises staff. Set performance standards, manages workflow, grants authorities, evaluates performance, and recommends personnel actions within delegated authorities. Consults with Human Resources as appropriate.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $86,961 - $120,919. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
