We are looking for a motivated, accurate Sales Support Specialist to support our business: fresh-baked waffles.

Our customers are businesses using our products to freshly bake waffles and waffle cones for their customers in shops and restaurants all over the globe. We are looking to add an administrative professional to be the go-to for new customers, whether explaining product offerings, processing their first order, or helping them bake their first waffles.

Are you the right one for the job? You’ll bring your excitement and detail-oriented nature, and we’ll provide you with training to understand the ins and outs of the food industry, specifically waffles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with customers
• On-board new customers
• Backup/support for all aspects of sales
• Process new orders
• Assist customers with reorders and service needs

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

This is a full-time job with standard first-shift hours.

While this is not an entry-level position, this is a starting point with our company. Growth in this position can come with commissions, bonuses, and travel.
