Cobb, Olson & Andrle seeks to add an associate attorney to our growing firm. Our ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience and be licensed to practice law in Georgia (recent law school graduates eligible to and scheduled to sit for the February 2024 or July 2024 Georgia bar examination will be considered). This position offers the opportunity to represent community associations in a wide-range of general corporate and litigation matters, including immediate and substantial courtroom appearances. The community association practice includes advising boards of directors on every-day corporate issues; drafting governing documents and corporate document amendments; covenant enforcement; Fair Housing Act issues and complaint defense; contract review, negotiation and enforcement; parliamentary procedure; assessment collection; insurance defense litigation; intra-corporate and election disputes; and general real estate counsel and litigation.
