BayCare Clinic Pain and Rehab Medicine is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Green Bay. We're looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 7:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No Holidays! No Weekends!

The Practice:
BayCare Clinic Pain & Rehab Medicine is a high-volume practice, providing diagnosis and treatment for many pain and functional problems, ranging from musculoskeletal and neurological disorders to back pain and arthritis.We offer a wide range of treatments, including minimally invasive procedures, ultrasound guided injections, medication management, acupuncture, and other conservative non-surgical approaches.

The Job:

• Performs patient treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Collects and documents patient information in a thorough and consistent manner.
• Under the direction of a physician/PA/NP, participates in executing the plan of care as established by the nurse, doctor, or physician assistant.
• Assists in collecting vital sign information.
• Provides appropriate teaching materials, and assists in providing accurate answers to questions, all in support of patient and family.
• Assists in the post-operative execution of physician orders.
• Follows standard precautions and procedures for cleaning instruments, equipment, rooms and ancillary items.
• Assists in sorting, counting, maintaining, and storing of instruments/supplies.
• Performs phone triage.
• Respects and maintains confidentiality.
• Works in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner at all times.

The Requirements:

• Graduate form an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program or Vocational Nursing program.
• Must hold a valid LPN license to practice in the state where practice occurs.
• 6 months - 1-year related experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate.
