Refresh and Grow your Career with Us!Job OverviewThe Customer Development Director of Drug and Discount possesses a deep knowledge of the retailer, the competition, and the marketplace. This position will serve as the “go-to“ person by the retailer’s leadership team and NRS counterparts, brand partners and bottling network for best practices, innovation, and engagement while maintaining a bias for growth by driving sales and constantly exploring additional opportunities for incremental revenue and margin results. The Director is deeply connected with the NAOU leads, BASN/MEC/KDP leads, bottler network and CCCI’s cross functional partners working with their team to ensure that we have business plans that are effective and efficient to execute. Duties & Responsibilities
Develop, negotiate, and maintain a strategic partnership status with customers, brand partner leads and bottler network to ensure joint business plans are achieved
Create, maintain, and update critical execution plans and tools to ensure success (new items, pricing, preloads/prebooks, authorization trackers, SFA questions, resets, new / remodel store management, etc.)
Establish and lead cross-functional relationships with field operations, product supply, marketing, and revenue generation management to ensure alignment to respective strategic objectives
Collaborate with Revenue Generation colleagues to compile and report key business results to CCCI’s Senior Leadership team
Analyze data to determine opportunities and implement tactics to reverse or sustain trends
Coach, teach, and train (instructs) the field operations teams on alignment to customers sales plans, best practices, and expectations
Create, maintain, and update critical sales correspondence to ensure the operations teams have the most up to date execution plans for assigned customer
Develop and execute sales programs and conduct post-analysis reviews to gain an understanding of effectiveness. Make adjustments as needed to sustain or reverse trends

Strong organizational management skills required with the ability to collaborate with all facets of the business including field operations, marketing, product supply, revenue generation management, and the National Retail Sales Team
Ability to partner cross-functionally with other department leaders to accomplish goals and objectives

Excellent organizational, time management, attention to detail, and team-building skills are required

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree four (4) years
Knowledge acquired through five (5) plus years of work experience in customer management or field sales experience dealing directly with customers
Overnight travel is required to be successful in role. Estimated at 40%
Position location is optional with understanding that person must be willing to travel to team, customers, bottler network and internal meetings.
