About The Role
As our Business Development Lead at Cocolevio, you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and assisting in the creation of marketing materials to support the sales of our new product. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted sales strategies, managing client relationships, and collaborating closely with our marketing and technical teams. This position requires strong sales and marketing acumen, creativity in developing marketing collateral, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation to build relationships and set meetings with potential Cocolevio customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging modern technologies to create solutions that meet client needs.
- Experience with the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support the sales efforts of our new product.
- Lead key stages of Cocolevio's sales cycle, including presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with decision-makers across various industries.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and ensure a consistent brand message.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Cocolevio's products and services, staying updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with our international team, primarily based in India, to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Proven experience as a business development professional or in a similar role, with 3-5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Experience in creating and developing marketing materials to support sales efforts.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with familiarity with modern technology solutions (Cloud, AI, IoT, Big Data).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn).
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with technical teams outside of the US; India being a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to create marketing materials that effectively support sales initiatives.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to work virtually with global teams based in the United States and abroad.
