Coconut Cleaning is Utahs premier carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning company.
We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative. What this looks like on a day to day basis:
-Answering and booking Inbound calls
-Following up with leads
-Being proactive and creative in your efforts to schedule customers
-Managing multiple CRM's to take detailed notes about each lead, from initial contact to booking
Pay Structure is as follows:
-Starting pay is $15/hr, with pay incentives increasing on a sliding scale depending on the amount of jobs booked on a daily basis
- Pay incentives depending on types of jobs booked, or services sold over the phone.
The ideal fit is someone who:
-Is motivated by a sliding scale commission tier
-Has great over the phone energy
-Has sales experience indicating a knowledge in closing over the phone
-Is good at working alone, and does not require close management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
