Job Title: Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for multiple international entities.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support for professional development.
• Coordinate with international accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management.
• Support external audits and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay current with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is mandatory.
• 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and consolidation.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
