Our client, a tech enabled real estate asset manager with 400 properties under management, is looking for an Assistant Controller to join their team. This person will be responsible for assisting with the fund’s financial reporting, interfacing with internal investment managers and other stakeholders, and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Fund’s financial reporting – quarterly/annually consolidate reports per IFRS.
• Interface with internal investment managers/stakeholders
• Work with fund leadership team to help drive the focus on results and continuous improvement by maintaining/developing new metrics and KPI’s

Requirements:

• Excellent Excel skills with the ability to build and manage complex financial models
• Experience with Yardi
