Our client is a Global Investment Fund that has been growing within Private Equity Sectors.

They have opened a new role as a AVP of Private Equity Transactions supporting their Investment/Deal Team. This team covers the middle office of transaction support including PE deal structuring and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Support Private Equity Investment/Deal Team; working with Finance, Tax, and Legal to close deals.
• Analyze transaction equity documents and direct finance funding
• Handle inquires from internal and external team
• Manage transactions and deal pipeline

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree is a Must, Master's a plus
• 3 years experienced in executing real estate deals
• Strong Experience analyzing private equity transaction deal documents
