This role is responsible for the ongoing organization and support of their Private Wealth Team (PW). Support PW new business effort, including 3 marketers.

The objective of the role is to maximize the efficiency of the marketers you support to ensure they can focus primarily on fundraising activities.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure their territories and pipelines are accurately and identified and coordinated across the team.

Maintain a thorough understanding of their product strengths/applicability and apply that knowledge in written and verbal form to clients, prospects and consultants.

Receive and send high-level correspondence on behalf of the team.

Facilitate high-level informational requests from clients/prospects/consultants with the ability to understand and identify sensitivities/potential issues.

Use Salesforce to obtain meeting details and organize relevant information including research on the company, relevant news, portfolio information and competitive analysis.

Assist in tiering marketer’s organizations in order of interest/priority

Review Platform coding and upload monthly flow reports

Oversee updates and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management database (CRM)
