Fleet Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- The role coordinates/ manages the registration process for company vehicles
- Ensuring all vehicles are up to date with registration
- Maintaining and updating internal systems with correct registration information
- Process paperwork in a timely manner
- Communicate and resolve any and all issues with Managers
- Other duties to be determined by management
Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a busy office environment required
- Strong attention to detail is required
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and comfortable in an open office is required
- Fleetio software experience, required
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly preferred – 90% of interaction
