Our Client seeks individuals with records of academic and professional achievement to join its Human Capital group as coordinators. Coordinators are considered for one of several teams within Human Capital, including Recruiting, Talent Assessment & Performance, Learning & Development, and People Operations , where they’ll play a key role as part of an inclusive, dynamic, and engaging working environment. A high performer in this role may have the opportunity to be considered for full-time employment at the firm.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
Coordinators play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our teams and help the firm achieve its ambitious Human Capital goals. Though specific responsibilities will vary depending on the team you join, you’ll be responsible for a range of logistical, data management, and scheduling tasks, and you’ll interact with colleagues across the firm.
