Coda Search is partnering with a globally recognized, publicly traded company in the US who are seeking to hire a Manager of SEC reporting with offices located in New York. This is a prominent firm that has seen exponential growth over the past few years and has a strong presence in the US. The team is seeking to hire a Manager of SEC reporting who will sit on a team of 5 and be responsible for preparing the quarterly and annual SEC filings, resolving technical accounting issues, SOX controls, and assisting with process improvements across the group.

This is a fantastic role and the individual would have the opportunity to be apart of a large, growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
• CPA a plus
• 5 years of experience
• Public Accounting/Big 4 experience a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
