Job Title : HR / Payroll Analyst

Location : Stamford, CT

Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR / Payroll Analyst to join our clients team in Stamford, CT.

The ideal candidate will lead the payroll function, assist with recruiting efforts, and support benefits administration for our 100 person company.

Proficiency in ADP systems is required.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll using ADP systems.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, timekeeping, and tax information.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Coordinate with benefit providers and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain HR and payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR and payroll, with a strong background in ADP systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
