Our client, a leading hedge fund in Manhattan, is looking to add an Associate to their Strategy team. The team is responsible for identifying, designing, and leading the execution of cross-functional initiatives. This person will sit on a small team, and focus on firm-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of the firm’s strategic priorities
• Lead projects with multiple senior stakeholders across the organization
• Evaluate new business growth opportunities

Requirements:

• A background in project management and an ability to organize and lead diverse project teams
• 4 years of experience - with a combo of a consulting firm, asset manager and/or investment bank
• Technical skills - Excel and other analytical tools used for financial modeling
