We are partnering with a renowned, global organization (operates in 50 cities across the globe) in their search for a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Keeping the company industry confidential, the company generates revenue via commissions and consulting fees. Reporting to the CFO, this individual will be a hands-on leader who can not only lead the finance operations, but also serve as a finance business partner to Sales, roll-up their sleeves and enjoys digging into the details.

Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive P&L forecasting initiatives on a monthly basis for various entities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with long-term strategic goals.
• Design and implement advanced financial models for revenue forecasting and perform in-depth analysis of key performance indicators to support executive decision-making.
• Evaluate contracts and design financial models for calculating employee commissions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CFO and other senior executives, identifying financial risks and opportunities, and providing expert recommendations based on thorough financial analyses.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of reporting processes in collaboration with the Accounting team, focusing on maximizing efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead the annual budgeting process for the organization, coordinating with various department heads to set financial targets and ensure strategic alignment across the company.
• Monitor and manage key financial metrics across the organization, providing regular updates to the CFO and other stakeholders to aid in strategic planning and operational adjustments.
• Present comprehensive monthly financial reports to divisional heads and financial leaders, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics from an accredited university; MBA from a top 25 MBA program a plus
• 15 years forecasting & budgeting experience, including sales/revenue forecasting
• Direct supervisory experience
