Job Description
MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
- Greet and assist visitors
- Assist walk-in applicants
- Assist employees with timekeeping and job costing systems
- Assist HR with onboarding when necessary
- Review time sheets of hourly employees
- Review work order tickets that are pending approval
- Branch invoicing
- Approve purchase orders
- Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
- Prepares written summaries of data when needed.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Maintains branch supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
- Building maintenance
- Communicates with clients on billing needs
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently.
- Spanish Speaking is a must
