Coda Staffing is Hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner Near Toms River, NJ

Position Overview:

One of the largest groups of gastroenterology physicians in New Jersey is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner. The ideal candidate will have previous work experience as a Nurse Practitioner and a valid NP license in the state of New Jersey. Experience providing comprehensive care to patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and medical histories
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the gastroenterology physicians
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed
  • Coordinate and participate in patient education and counseling
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care across the medical office and hospital settings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey
  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
  • GI experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule between the medical office and hospital
