Who Are We Looking For? Looking for a local computer geek/genius, eager to kick their IT career into hyper-drive with an award-winning and fast-growing IT firm.
This Tier II role is a chance for you to ‘Level Up’ and hone your skills and expertise in technology, problem-solving, cybersecurity and customer service. The position will have you talking with people all day and helping our amazing clients with computer related issues such as networking, basic server tasks, Office 365 management, or those ever so frustrating and complicated desktop issues that will require you to think quick and come up with creative and secure solutions. Candidates must be great on the phone and capable of helping to coach junior techs and have conversations wiht our amazing clients.

Pay range $21.00 to $35.00 per hour.
