We are searching for an experienced Director of Growth, who will be responsible for winning new business at Code3. In this role, your focus will be uncovering, vetting and developing new opportunities and working alongside our Client Partnership and Activation teams to put together a winning strategy that builds new client relationships. Reporting to our Chief Growth Officer, you’ll be an integral member to our small but mighty team that works hard and supports each other to ensure revenue goals are met. Ideally, you have worked agency-side or brand-side and are fluent in media or creative strategy, having run accounts yourself in the performance or brand media space.

Salary Information: Compensation for this role is a combination of base salary, commission, and performance bonuses tied to revenue targets. The base salary range for this position is $112,000 - $120,000 and OTE is $200,000 - $250,000. Compensation is commensurate with candidate experience, location and performance.
