Responsibilities:

• Serve as the conduit between the client business units and the technology teams to translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
• Clarify requirements, critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
• Create and maintain requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language
• Collaborate with developers and architects to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability, performance needs, and other non-functional requirements
• Accountable for self-organization and tracking completion of assigned tasks as well as reporting project status and issues

Skills Required

• Master's degree in information technology, computer science or related area; equivalent experience above the required minimum may substitute for education.=
• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst. General experience includes increasing responsibilities in operations or information systems analysis and design
• Strong problem solving and analytical ability, including knowledge of business analysis techniques and processes (i.e. interviews, document analysis, prototypes, process maps, use cases, or data mapping)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to include documentation, meeting facilitation, ability to tailor information based upon the audience, and negotiation skills to resolve conflicts
• Basic project management skills with the ability to self-manage and work on multiple assignments given changing priorities
• Customer service attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with using a formalized software development life-cycle methodology or an Agile framework
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Vision, and SharePoint

Qualifications:

• Relevant educational qualification or degree in Data analytics or Data Science or Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent qualification. (Required)
• Experience with Tableau.(Optional)
• Familiar with Python, Big Data. (Optional)
• Proficient in SQL.
