Job Description:
The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze code implementations to create necessary mappings and documentation.
- Write complex SQL queries to cleanse, transform, and manipulate data.
- Perform data analysis and code reverse engineering.
- Conduct data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data lineage documentation.
- Work with business users and stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide necessary support.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven experience with ETL tools & Strong SQL skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and R.
