Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with exceptional technical expertise and communication abilities to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining SSRS reports, designing and managing ETL processes, performing SQL Server scripting and querying, and delivering business intelligence solutions. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders, including team members, departmental stakeholders, vendors, and partners, to create, develop, and implement comprehensive reporting, integration, and data analytics solutions.

Location:

• The selected candidate must work on-site for the entire first week (5 days) of the engagement.
• After the initial week, a minimum of one day per week on-site is required.
• Additional on-site presence may be necessary for client meetings.
• Optional in-person work is available if preferred.
• Free parking is provided at our facilities.

Remote Work Requirements:

• Access to reliable broadband internet.
• A distraction-free home office environment.

Work Schedule:

• Must be able to work independently or as part of a small team.
• No billable hours are allowed on government holidays.
• On-site presence required 1-2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• ETL Process Management: Develop and maintain ETL processes to cleanse and load data into on-premises and cloud databases.
• SQL Server Scripting & Querying: Perform advanced SQL Server scripting, complex querying, joins, subqueries, and data manipulation.
• Data Analysis & BI Reporting: Engage in data analysis, data profiling, SQL coding/query tuning, data modeling, and data validation. Deliver business intelligence reporting solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop reports and meet data access and visualization requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying SSRS reports.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
• Experience in Power BI report development.
• Expertise in data analysis, data profiling, SQL coding/query tuning, data modeling, and data validation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for automation and data manipulation.
