CODES is Hiring a HR Administrative Assistant Near Chaffee, MO

The Administrative Assistant provides support in the following areas, working closely with Human Resources & Director of Operation leadership: Talent Acquisition, Employee Support and Engagement, Data Entry, and performing various general administrative tasks.

The Administrative Assistant is an on-site position in Chaffee, MO. Monday-Friday between 7am - 5pm.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supports talent acquisition efforts with the posting of jobs and scheduling interviews.
  • Assists with the onboarding of new hires – assisting in orientation and ensuring new hire forms are completed and filed in the electronic personnel files.
  • Assists with benefit changes entering the information into the benefit carrier sites.
  • Assist with the attendance system.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Partners with management to assist in data entry and prep work for trainings/meetings.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, etc; refers more complex questions to HR.
  • Provides support on training and development procedures, memos, and job descriptions.
  • Works with HR on employee events and incentive programs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written), strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • 2 years of administrative/office experience.
  • Previous Human Resources experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
