Codex Brick Technology is Hiring an Electrical Assembler Near Wendell, NC

Job Title: Assembler: Electrical
Pay Rate: $20 to $21.36/HR
Duration: 6 months( Possibility of Permanent)
Location: Wendell, NC(onsite- training will be done on 1st shift (one to two months) prior to being moved to the 2nd shift)
Shift: 2nd shift- 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm- M-F
Note: Must pass a background check and drug test with minimum education qualification of High School Diploma

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform sub-assembly wiring and final assembly wiring work to the highest level of accuracy and workmanship
  • Strong team player
  • Work with large power cables including the correct method of crimping connectors
  • Assemble components on panels per given layout or drawings

Basic Qualifications

  • 1 years’ experience performing mechanical assembly (build) of product
  • 1 years’ experience with commercial or industry wiring
  • Must have the ability to read and work with schematic drawings/layouts/wire lists with minimal to no supervision
  • Experience working with standard hand and power tools both pneumatic and battery operated and wiring tools such as hand crimpers, wire strippers, and accurately read a tape measure.
  • Must be a strong team player
  • Conform with Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety policy and Management System and strive to continually improve the intended outcomes of the Management System.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Possess some knowledge of electrical clearances
  • Associate degree or technical training in an area of responsibility
  • Please note: training will be done on 1st shift (one to two months) prior to being moved to the 2nd shift

Pay: $20.00 - $21.36 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
