Project Superintendent/QC/SSHO (Tri-Hat)

CMS Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent/QC/SSHO to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Please only apply for this position if you have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or QC Manager on federal projects over $4M.

Supervise total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Includes interfacing with client representatives, architectural/engineering, and subcontractors. Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily onsite functions such as subcontractor scheduling, production, and workmanship. Position has the potential to oversee one or more jobs/areas at a time and may require travel. Project is located on an active US military base, so applicants will be required to pass a government background check. The Superintendent/QC/SSHO position may also require some minor labor duties “working” such as site cleanup, protect in place, touch-up/ punch list items, or picking up materials for workers.
