Coeur d'Alene Regional REALTORS is Hiring a Multiple Listing Service Director Near Coeur d'Alene, ID

Coeur d’Alene Multiple Listing Service, wholly owned by Coeur d’Alene Regional REALTORS®, is seeking an experienced MLS director. The MLS Director is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the multiple listing service and additional member benefit products. The MLS Director will serve as the primary point of contact for all MLS policy issues, MLS billing, and will collaborate with the MLS Technology Director and MLS Data Compliance Officer.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for supervision of the daily activities and operations of the MLS
  • Possesses full knowledge of and upholds the MLS Rules and Regulations and policies and procedures.
  • Oversight of customer service and satisfaction for all MLS services and products delivered.
  • Manages and assists in preparation of annual MLS budget.
  • Plans and ensures the successful implementation, maintenance and operation of Flexmls.
  • Supervises and evaluates products and partnerships with MLS vendors.
  • Ensures contract compliance.
  • Identifies and successfully resolves MLS listing problems.
  • Responsible for all MLS training for current members, new members and staff.
  • Liaison to MLS board.
  • Presents products and services to the AE, appropriate committee and/or staff for review.
  • Works with vendors and providers of desired products throughout the negotiation and implementation process.
  • Responsible for data quality assurance.
  • Directs MLS projects and communications.
  • All other duties as assigned by Association Executive.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • MLS Experience (prior knowledge of Flexmls preferred)
  • Managerial experience or self-starter
  • Proficient in technology, computer programs and maintenance of website and social media
  • Highly effective at “multi-tasking”
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Business acumen – aligns work with strategic goals. Conducts cost-benefit analyses. Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition. Displays orientation to profitability. Understands business implications of decisions.
  • Exceptional customer service and support skills
  • Must be a team player!
  • Some travel will be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
