THE JOB
Coface is seeking a Regional Vice President – Direct Sales Midwest. Reporting to SVP, Head of Middle Markets Sales - US, the Regional Vice President’s primary responsibilities include driving new B2B revenue by leading a team built to target, prospect, and win new customers while developing deep local referral relationships with insurance brokers, businesses lenders, and other influencers.
In addition, the RVP will be responsible for directing all activities of the regional territory which lead to the retention and development of a portfolio of high-quality direct sales business. Successful candidate will be comfortable working with and selling to decision makers and influencers, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Credit Insurance industry knowledge is preferred.
Strong operational focus with tracking of weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI’s.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and professionalism.
Experience leading diverse teams.
Strong leadership and talent development.
Previous experience in a multicultural / international corporate environment is a plus.
Microsoft applications experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
Knowledge of CRM is a plus.
