Coffman Engineers is seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated Senior Electrical Designer to join our team in applying engineering skills to a variety of diverse and challenging projects for our Austin office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of ten years of experience in the design and drafting of power, lighting, and low-voltage systems for federal/DOD, commercial, healthcare, educational, industrial, multi-family, and/or high-rise facilities.

- Technical/Associate degree in engineering or related science (preferred)
- 10 years of design and drafting experience
- Graduation from a certified CAD training program at an accredited institution counts as one year of experience
- Proficient in computer-aided drafting (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Possess advanced drafting, BIM/Revit and layout skills
- Create REVIT families and AutoCAD blocks
- Experienced with the latest release of Autodesk AutoCAD and REVIT
- Performing design work without supervision
- Experienced in training entry level designers
